Order Confirmation

All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation and availability. Zia Store reserves the right to cancel or limit any order if required.

New Payment Policy

For orders above 3000 EGP, customers are required to prepay a partial or full amount before dispatch, as preferred by the customer. The payable amount can be transferred to our wallet. Order processing will begin once payment confirmation is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. However, Zia Store reserves the right to restrict COD on high-value or repeated orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location. Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Zia Store.

Exchanges & Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please review our Exchange Policy before placing an order.
